Getting started

The AmyloGraph Antibody Database collects peer-reviewed experimental information on the impact of amyloid-targeting antibodies have on the amyloid aggregation.

Interactions: list of all amyloid-antibody interactions.

Amyloids: list of all amyloids involved in these interactions (named utilized common amyloid nomenclature).

Antibodies: list of all antibodies involved in these interactions.

All source data files can be downloaded from their respective tables. The complete database in the .json format is available here. All curated information is completely reuseable under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence.

Data source

The AmyloGraph Antibody Database contains over 450 interactions between 18 unique amyloids and 436 antibodies (including amyloid-reducing evidence for most of the clinically assessed monoclonal antibodies), derived from 251 studies. Read more about the data curation here.
