AmyloGraph reports peer-reviewed interactions between amyloid proteins and antobodies. The data is structured into three logical blocks: the interactors: amyloids and antibodies and the result of the interaction.
Each interaction from each publication reports how this interaction was followed (the experimental setup), the outcome(s) of this interaction (decreased the aggregation, the speed of the amyloid formation, etc…), the details of the interaction (the antibody Complementarity-Determining Regions (CDRs), the amyloid epitope recognised) as well as quoting the part of the text in which authors report the outcome of the interaction.
The amyloids and antibodies tabs allow filtering by different amyloid or antibody entities. The AmyloGraph Antibody Database provides unique identifiers for each antibody and amyloid to overcome several limitations, such as: different amyloids corresponding to the same UniProt Accession/Gene ID, patient-derived antibody light chain amyloidosis not directly linked to a specific sequence or basic antibodies without INN, GenBank or other persistent identifiers. The interoperability of the data provided is enhanced through cross-references and direct links to gold-standard external databases in all possible cases (including UniProtKB,PubChem, IMGT/mAb-DB), ensuring seamless data integration.
